In my first year of rookies together with Abramo Dall'Antonia, we were able to achieve the goals that the company aspired to start the year. We managed to raise the technical level of many girls, including the discovery of a future talent like Elisa Francescon, selected for the representative regional.
Arrived from Belluno as a defender and immediately transformed into a midfielder, as a fundamental point of reference capable of giving that balance that was initially lacking in the team.
In my opinion as I could check, in the coming years there will be others like her who can easily make the leap in quality.
The whole experience has been very positive, where I was able to confront every day with people which was pleasant to work, assimilating in the meantime the maximum a young coach like me certainly needs.

Pros and cons of this world, Women's football
In the reality of women's football the advantages far outweigh the defects. One of the positive factors is that girls experience the world of football with passion. This facilitates the work of insiders because they are confronted with girls who listen and assimilate quickly with a great desire to learn.
Bad there's only one thing that unfortunately I have to point out… that the outside world does not believe that women's football can have the same rights as the male, not giving it the attention it deserves.
Often in our society is underestimated Italian football in pink, believing that it is a sport suitable only for men.
This it has noticed over the past year, to which girls Fattorel reached the historic achievement of the league and around the city of Vittorio Veneto in few were aware.
Attention also failed by the local, where it still has not been able to find a location at the level of sports facilities, to a company that next year will represent, around Italy, the city itself.

A review of this year just ended of your Beginners
The year just ended with the debutants was very positive. We started with a completely new group, even with some girls who looked out for the first time to the football player.
In the end we managed to far all the objectives that we had set at the beginning of the year, creating a healthy and compact group.
The growth has been remarkable, the girls did their best to reach high levels.
To all this I would like to add and underline the wonderful support given by families during the year, where they followed all the matches of their girls filling, Saturday afternoon, the grandstands of the sports field as never before. This is a further demonstration that rewards the work done by all the staff.

This year not only confirmed but even leveled up, allenerai the Giovanissime, So what are your goals?
For next season, the company has confirmed to me by giving me the opportunity to continue to pursue my professional development coach for another year, entrusting the task of creating a new group for the category Giovanissime.
The goal is to create good harmony among the girls so that they can work with intensity, so that each can improve on the physical, posture and technically, accompanying him in his competitive growth in the world of football and that he can be ready for the next phase in the future, hoping that one day it will come to confront each other at high levels.
