Facchin: “The break was crucial, against the Oristano with great energy and enthusiasm”
(Road to) Golden Gloves. In the wake of the totemic tradition for the great extreme defenders in the Permac house, behind the duo present indicative Alice Bonassi-Chiara Da Ronch, orbit the promise of the future (which seems to be within reach, rather, of gloves) Marta Facchin, class 2004 of Casella d’Asolo in his fourth season in the Rossoblu ranks.
Already a great protagonist in the experiences with Juniors and Giovanissime, with a lot of excellent score also in terms of penalties neutralized to the opponents, Marta's fate is in some way linked to the crossings on the field between Le Tose and l’Oristano: in Sardinia, in February 2018, the first absolute call for her came with the First Team jersey, with a very close debut in the final. In a few hours, in the Barison match against the Campidano representatives, Marta will be back in the very front line, summoned by Mr. Massimo Zoni e live on stage in the grassy and pulsating myocardium of the City of Victory. We hear from the very young rossoblù goalkeeper the sensations in the Permac dressing room a few hours from the stimulating challenge valid for the sedicesima giornata (third return) Group B Series C.
Against Isera, two Sundays ago, the team has rediscovered the flavor of victory after the previous ones 3 stop shifts. What was it like to prepare for the match with Oristo having two full weeks of work, seen the stop for the Easter holidays?
The festive break was certainly a panacea from every point of view: we had time to savor the conquest of the 3 points in Trentino, recover the general condition and prepare as best we can for the home challenge that awaits us in a few hours. The commitment was maximum, net of the ailments that have affected us lately, we have all worked hard to improve and implement when good expressed with Isera. We are energized and ready to do a good performance.
In a few hours you will again be able to breathe the atmosphere of an official First Team match up close: what are your feelings and what do you expect from this experience with your companions?
I am very happy to have the opportunity to be able to make myself available to the coach and the whole team for the match against Oristano. I live these opportunities with great enthusiasm and with the possibility of continuing to grow from every point of view. I am focused and ready to do my part from any point of view, for sure we will do our best to bring home the result and find points even within our own walls.
How are you experiencing this year with the Tose and which aspects do you feel you are growing the most, under the guidance of both Mr. Zoni and the goalkeeper trainer Roberto Bolzan?
Sto cercando di sfruttare al meglio questa stagione in Prima Squadra, all the more so given the impossibility of gaining more direct experience due to the stop of the Juniores championship. I work training after training to improve myself as much as possible and to get every suggestion from my older companions, who obviously have much more experience than me. My technical guides are helping me a lot not only to grow technically, but also to take more and more confidence in myself and in my character means.
