Spring meeting 25/06/15

Girls of Spring took to the field last Thursday in Colle Umberto, under the orders of new coach Dario De Biasi. A first “sgambata” request from their new coach to know the girls both in terms of human / character, both from the technical point of view.

Session that was held so: various exercises run, steps, drains and movement without the ball in the first part. The usual practice match across the board in the second.
