Matthew Fattorel nursed the Little Friends

A very difficult task for Matthew therefore that this year has proven to be able to play in the best way by gaining the deserved reappointment.

Young coach, a new Mourinho? How did your passion?
Well… Mourinho is a grade coach but I am inspired to Carlo Ancelotti, some of that road I have so much to do to get to that level… But in life nothing is impossible. My passion was born when the Vittorio Veneto men asked me if I wanted to coach kids in a summer camp. In that moment I realized that, Given my passion for football, I would like to convey, the passion and the teachings received other future players. The passion for women's football I have always been in the heart because the founders of this glorious company are my parents.

This year was the first year for the Little Friends at home Permac, how was it?
This first year of the Little Friends has been a wonderful year, full of excitement and satisfaction in which I enjoyed a lot. The group is always busy, We respected and we have created a strong link between staff and players.

What are your goals for your new season?
My goal is to grow all the girls at both football and human. Then personally I want to improve myself more and more.
