Montorio: “Want to enjoy the moment, to Vittorio with humility and concentration”

Vice-scorer of the team with his 3 goals scored so far, over 100 collected appearances in Serie B, Ferrarese player impresses with its special ductility: is in fact able to be used so the path of the center as in that of the rear guard. We asked her a judgment on the excellent start to the season of the New Team with an eye to the important Saturday afternoon clash at Barison.

Beginning of truly brilliant your league and second in Solitary -3 from the summit. Did you expect an early season so? What has changed for you over the tough season last year?

Yes, it was really a very positive and above all unexpected start to the season, None of us imagined that it had already 13 points after only 6 days. We grew a lot since last year, especially in the level of concentration during games and us being a very young team that in itself means a lot.

With the home win against Imola have scaled the Marcon and you are preparing to face the league leaders. How are you preparing for the high-flying clash?

Il fatto di essere seconde per noi non conta molto, ci stiamo preparando ad affrontare il Permac capolista con molta umiltà perché siamo consapevoli che i nostri valori sono ben altri. Ci godiamo il momento e cerchiamo di fare del nostro meglio in allenamento per raggiungere al più presto i punti necessari per una salvezza tranquilla. Sarà sicuramente una partita complicata vista l’esperienza delle nostre avversarie e l’assenza obbligata di Pesci, espulsa domenica, che è per noi una pedina fondamentale in difesa; ma nonostante questo cercheremo di fare del filo da torcere anche al più quotato Vittorio Veneto.

What are your objectives this season? Quest’ottima partenza di stagione può cambiare qualcosa rispetto ai vostri piani iniziali?

Il nostro principale obiettivo è raggiungere una salvezza più tranquilla rispetto all’anno scorso dove abbiamo sofferto parecchio. Per adesso stiamo affrontando bene il campionato, che però è ancora lunghissimo e pieno di insidie, quindi cercheremo di rimanere concentrate per toglierci qualche soddisfazione in più.
