Spring: The new coach is Massimo Zoni

The Permac formalizes the arrival of Vittorio Veneto Massimo Zoni coach of Spring rossoblù for the season 2019/2020.
Massimo bring home Permac his twenty years experience as a coach, started in 1995 in the youth sector of the U.S. San Quirino, its country of origin. Mr. Zoni comes from Aviano Football, where in 4 years has coached Giovanissimi, Students and Juniors, winning 3 Discipline Cup, and contributed to the historic promotion of the First Team in the first category.
Spring has already started training under the new guide and prepare to live a season in challenger National Championship, departing on 15 September away to Sassuolo.

For you it is the first experience in women's football: What made you want to marry Permac project?
They are curious by nature and I have always expressed willingness to try my hand in women's football. When Cristian Bigaran He approached me, and introduced the company's project, I accepted immediately.

It will be a very challenging season, with high level opponents: which year do you expect for Spring?
I am aware that it will be a busy season, with very strong opponents, but we will try to make life difficult for anyone, with the objective to grow and gain experience, trying to play the ball more.

You have already had occasion, in these early days of training, to know your players. Want to give us a first impression on girls Spring?
I have already noticed a strong team spirit among girls, and the availability and the desire to do are awesome. From a technical point of view I can not express myself because it's too early, but when there are availability for work and desire to do, there are no problems. The work does not scare me, rather, I am convinced that the work pays off.

If you were to describe the role of coach in three words, what would it be and why?
I like to define the coach as: EDUCATOR – Education and respect for people and the rules in general should come first.
COMMUNICATOR- We must find the right way of being with the team and with individuals, so you can get from all the highest availability and the maximum commitment.
INSTRUCTOR – Especially in the youth field, the coach is obliged to pass on their football knowledge, to improve their own team of technical and tactical point of view, increase in self-esteem and group awareness of their abilities.
Football is emotion, Discipline, Game. Fundamental fun, with primary emphasis on the performance and the common goal, not the result.
