As already mentioned, I believe that the task of every coach is to improve the players who are entrusted by society and in this sense, They have noticed improvements both from a technical / tactical point of view, both from the aspect of character.
From group, we have become the team, and as a team we have faced all the races, fearlessly against the best equipped teams.
2) In the league there are some nice victories and bitter defeats: What do you ask more to your players for the second round?
Porto da years, inside of me that thought… the victory is often subtle, hides errors, defeat teaches you, It will improve…
So we made the most of the losses taking a cue from mistakes, trying to correct situations in which we have seen to succumb.

After closing the first round in 12 points, I think this team can improve a lot. The spirit of sacrifice of each one and the awareness of being part of a major company should be from the daily incentive to overcome their limitations.
